The professional activity is dedicated to the development and implementation of inclusive education in Moldova. For more than 12 years she has been involved in research in the field of inclusive education, initially within the Institute of Education Sciences, later in several NGOs (“Speranţa” Center, CCF-Moldova, LUMOS Foundation Moldova). Tatiana participated in the process of reforming the child residential care system, through the direct involvement in the process of psychological and social assessment of the residential institutions. This work has inspired has inspired her for a deeper research of the field of inclusion that has developed into a PhD research in Psychology completed in 2013 (Thesis in Social Psychology “The Psychosocial Particularities of Parental attitudes towards the Child with Disabilities”).
Tatiana is involved in the process of capacity building process in inclusive education zthat includes development and delivery of curriculum and also theoretical and applicative content for various groups of trainees: teaching and managerial staff, specialists from Departments of Education, Psycho-Pedagogical Assistance Services (PPAS), school psychologists, parents.
She participated in the creation and development of inclusive education services by: engaging in working groups to develop lifelong learning curricula in inclusive education for teaching staff as well as for pre-school teachers and PPAS specialists; capacity building of institutions with inclusive practices and PPAS to develop professional skills; elaboration of methodological support for the implementation of inclusive education; creation and development of inclusive education services in school pre-school institutions.
